Analytics.
Who our audience is and what is happening to it.
Who comes.
Not counting the audience but getting to know it. Every week: 5–10 names and a reason to talk to each one.

Audience capital.
Whether the fund's main asset is growing or being spent down — and where the risk in it sits. For strategy and for talking to donors.

Community fabric.
Who is connected to whom: who comes together, whether newcomers land among their own, who links the tracks. Programme the introductions, not the events.

Data.
Three sources: Eventbrite, Typeform, Mailchimp. The button downloads everything again and rebuilds the base.
Update
Download everything and rebuild the base
Events, attendees and orders from Eventbrite. Forms and responses from Typeform. Subscribers from Mailchimp. Then the counters are checked against what the APIs returned and the base is rebuilt — usually 2–3 minutes.
Your own file
Upload a list manually
For events that are not in Eventbrite: guest lists, registrations taken elsewhere, exports from other services. People from the file go into the shared base, into search and into mailings. If it goes wrong, the whole upload can be undone.
